Real Estate Analytics Pte Ltd – Product Management Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Management Intern to assist the Product Manager in day-to-day activities related to product development and operations. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Agile product management, user acceptance testing (UAT), and sprint planning within a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

User Acceptance Testing (UAT):

• Conduct UAT for new app features and releases.
• Prepare and execute test cases, record bugs, and validate fixes.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure high product quality.

Product Backlog Maintenance:

• Assist the Product Manager in updating and prioritizing the product backlog.
• Document feature requests, user feedback, and improvement ideas.
• Ensure stories and tasks are properly defined with clear acceptance criteria.

Sprint Coordination:

• Support in planning, tracking, and reviewing sprints.
• Attend daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Update task statuses in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

Product Documentation & Reporting:

• Help prepare product release notes and UAT reports.
• Maintain documentation of product features, bugs, and enhancements.
• Summarize user feedback and provide actionable insights.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong interest in product management, technology, or mobile apps.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum concepts is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence and Excel is advantageous.
