Real Estate Analytics Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based company that provides real estate data analytics and insights. We offer a wide range of analytical tools and services to help individuals and businesses make informed decisions about real estate investments and transactions. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Collecting real estate data from various sources such as public records, real estate listings, and other relevant databases. 
• Conducting exploratory analysis and quality assurance of data obtained from various sources 
• Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets 
• Transforming complex data into actionable insights through clear and concise reporting 
• Collaborating on the evaluation, development, and enhancement of diverse machine learning models 
• Providing ad-hoc data visualization and analysis support across different company departments 
• Monitoring and updating the Automation Valuation Model (AVM) to incorporate new data, adjust for market changes, and improve accuracy. 
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Qualifications & Requirements 

• Bachelor's Degree in Computing, Science, or Engineering 
• Proficiency in Python programming, with familiarity in essential packages such as pandas, NumPy, and SKlearn 
• Knowledge of SQL 
• Strong understanding of statistics 
• Previous experience in real-life machine learning projects is advantageous 
• Exceptional analytical skills 
• Knowledge in the field of real estate is a plus
