Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of information systems.
• Support data entry, data management, and data integrity tasks.
• Provide technical support to users, including resolving hardware and software issues.
• Help with the installation and configuration of software and hardware.
• Assist in the preparation of documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of information systems.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge in computing or IT (e.g. from polytechnic/ITE coursework).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and tasks.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Good communication skills to support users and collaborate with the team.
• Willingness to learn—training and guidance will be provided by the team.
