Raffles Medical Group is seeking a motivated, analytical, and resourceful intern to support strategic initiatives, organisational development projects, and marketing activities across the Group.

This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to corporate strategy, business planning, organisational effectiveness, healthcare marketing, and stakeholder engagement. The intern will work with the HOD and internal stakeholders to support strategic projects, process improvement initiatives, research activities, and marketing campaigns that contribute to the organization's growth.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy, Process Development, and Organisational Support

  • Support the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of business processes, workflows, governance frameworks, and operational procedures.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining internal documentation, templates, forms, trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools to improve organisational effectiveness and decision-making.
  • Support the development and implementation of digital tools, process automation solutions, and workflow enhancements to improve productivity and information management.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information, track project milestones, and support the execution of key organisational priorities.
  • Provide administrative support for strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives as required.

2. Research and Business Analysis

  • Conduct research on healthcare, business, and industry developments to support strategic planning and management decision-making.
  • Perform market scans, benchmarking studies, and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices.
  • Gather, consolidate, analyse, and present information from various sources to support project recommendations and management discussions.
  • Assist in evaluating new initiatives, partnerships, and business opportunities through data gathering and research.

3. Marketing and Communications Support

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
  • Support the development of marketing materials, communication content, presentations, and campaign assets.
  • Conduct market research and customer insights analysis to support marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Assist in monitoring campaign performance and preparing post-campaign reports and recommendations.
  • Support branding, communications, and stakeholder engagement activities where required.

4. Content Creation and Digital Media

  • Assist in creating content for digital platforms, social media channels, and internal communications.
  • Support photography and videography activities for events, campaigns, corporate initiatives, and organisational projects where applicable.
  • Assist with basic photo and video editing for marketing and communication purposes.
  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance audience engagement, brand visibility, and organisational communications.
