Quills at Work – Business Intern / Understudy

We are looking for an intern who will first understudy the two CEOs, providing support on the CEO's workload, before taking over a new business unit to build and grow.

Responsibilities

• Acting as an internal CEO, managing CEO's calendar, inbox and documentation as necessary
• Preparing for internal and external meetings, sitting in where possible
• Planning business trips and running the agenda for the trip
• Setting up websites, handling incorporation of businesses and making hires where necesasry
• Maintaining social media accounts, providing some basic graphic design and copywriting as necessary

Requirements and Skills

• Excellent grasp of Google Suite, Notion, Slack, Zoom and Todoist.
• Meticulous, good with details and highly organized
• High tolerance for ambiguity and spontaneity
• Able to communicate in English effectively – Vietnamese or Chinese (Traditional) a bonus
• Highly values confidentiality, privacy and security (and has actions to back it up)
• Readily contactable, willing to explore long-term arrangements and career progression to positions like Admin Manager, Operations Manager or Chief of Staff
• Has some experience with Singapore as a country, whether you’ve worked or lived here before
