Job Description

We are seeking driven Business Development Interns to boost our Business Development Team in scaling our products, and acquiring more customers. You will contribute to our hyper growth by contributing ideas and leading projects to promote our productivity solutions and training programmes, hence attract more customers. 

Learning outcome:

  •  Communication & presentation skills in business development:
    • Able to gather information and present effectively to prospects and clients both online and offline;
    • Able to establish and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients;
    • Project management & process improvement:
    • Able to analyse and draw out sales process flows, hence streamline the processes;
      • Able to manage projects effectively, i.e. in terms of timeline, milestones, project goals, etc.
    • Critical thinking and planning skills:
      • Support in actualising our new training programmes.

What you will do:

  • Business Development:
    • Acquire new accounts via zoom, phone, events or direct visits to clients;
    • Boost sales and brand exposure for accounts assigned;
    • Establish strong relationships with prospects and existing clients;
    • Support in Marketing activities (e.g. content creation, and creation and editing of testimonial videos & videos of new product features).
  • Project Management & process improvement:
    • Assist in creation of automated sales funnels for the company in our marketing automation software, and creation of documentations for these workflows;
    • Assist in crafting business reports and proposals; 
  • Planning of new training programmes:
    • Assist in the preparation of our new training curriculum and materials;
    • Assist in the creation and/or revision of sales handbook and other documentations;
    • Support in operations, and coordination of projects (i.e. coordinating our training programmes and supporting our learners during these training programmes).

Requirements:

  • Currently pursue a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences or a related field;
  • A resourceful problem solver, with a strong sense of ownership;
  • Positive attitude;
  • Self-motivation and a result-driven attitude;
  • Outstanding in interpersonal communications;
  • Confident and articulate presentation skills;
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise;
  • Clear logical and critical thinking;
  • Eagerness to learn new skills and knowledge.
