As a Young Analyst in the program, you have a strong academic foundation, boundless ambition and a hardworking attitude. You have an intense curiosity in the world of private equity and venture capital. You know that capital and technology will change the world. All you need is a platform to stretch yourself professionally.

The Young Leaders Program is a full-time 5-month program based in either Beijing (for China) or Singapore (for Southeast Asia) for pre-university students. We accept only one applicant per year.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
. Marketing of Quest
. Deal Sourcing, Investment Analysis and Due Diligence of potential investments
. Financial modeling
. Industry trend analysis
. Miscellaneous strategic initiatives

REQUIREMENTS
. Passion and knowledge about the technological sector
. Familiarity with startup environment
. Highly motivated individual who has displayed leadership, ambitions and a go-getter attitude through exceptional academic credentials, co-curricular activities and professional experience
. Solid finance background
. Detail-oriented and excellent qualitative and quantitative skill sets
. High level of proficiency in Excel
. Acceptance into Tier-1 university (we also welcome applicants not from a graduate program but have demonstrated intense finance or technology background)
. Displayed signs of excellence in at least one field (Academic / Sports Awards etc.)
. Strong communication and networking skills
. Applicants should be effectively bilingual in English and one other language, with preference for Bahasa, Vietnamese, or Chinese
