Our Client, a world class leader in Sanitary products, is seeking a dynamic individual to join them as a Sales Coordinator (9 Months Maternity Contract). The main scope of the role is to assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules, logistics arrangement and distribution of any sales documentation. Preparing weekly / monthly reports for data analysis.

Sales Coordinator (9 Months Contract)


Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Must liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints.
  • Must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
  • Must also be able to work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.
  • Preparing monthly sales forecast and sales report
  • Ensure shipments to achieve monthly /quarterly target
  • Supporting the field sales team
  • Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and ship out on time
  • Bridge between customer's logistic team and company's supply chain
  • Minor Functions (if any)- Not necessary but good to have
  • To undertake additional duties when required

Skills Required:

  • Must be organised and possess a high level of administration ability to effectively manage paperwork.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and execute
  • Ability to perform under pressure and stressful conditions
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently and a good team player
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (Eg : Pivot Table / Vlookup) for data analysis and research
  • (Knowledge of developing , updating and enhancing data dashboards will be an advantage)

Relationship:

  • Coordinates with Sales Team , Supply chain , Marketing, Finance and Product Development
  • Report directly to Branch Manager
