Job Description

As a Business Support Intern, you will assist our consultants and operations team in daily business activities, including:

  • Assist in company incorporation and corporate secretarial documentation.
  • Prepare and organize client documents and records.
  • Support accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
  • Assist with payroll and CPF-related administrative work.
  • Conduct business and regulatory research.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documentation.
  • Liaise with clients via email and phone under supervision.
  • Assist with Employment Pass (EP), S Pass, and Work Permit application documentation.
  • Support KYC, AML, and compliance documentation.
  • Maintain proper filing of company records.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
