Client Services Advisor (Based in Call Centre) | 6 Months Contract
The role is to do a database cleaning project where the staff will call clients to merge certain duplicated accounts.
Training and guidance will be provided.
Contract staff with good performance could possibly be converted subject to headcount availability.
Job Requirements:
Able to communicate well over the phone
Service oriented and able to engage customers well over the phone.
Team player and able to commit to the working schedule
Has a commercial mindset & strong performers might be converted
Working Location: Tampines Central
Working Schedule: 5 day work week (including weekend and public based on roster), shift timing (10am - 7pm, 11am - 8 pm)
