Job Description
Lashing Specialist | No Experience Required | Stable Industry | From $3.9k to $4.7k Monthly

Job Responsibilities
- Lock and unlock containers on cargo ships to ensure the safe transportation of goods
- Work closely in teams to secure large cargo vessels safely to the port berth
- Follow workplace safety procedures and operational guidelines at all times
Job Requirements
- No experience required — training and certification provided
- PSLE / GCE N / GCE O Level pass in English and above (Candidates without English passes from SEAB examinations will be required to undergo an English Proficiency Assessment)
- Comfortable working at heights
- Able to work in confine space
- Able to perform shift work and outdoor duties
- Mandatory to work on weekends and public holidays
- Able to commit to a minimum of 21 working days per month
Work Schedule
- Day Shift: 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM (meal break included)
- Night Shift: 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM (meal break included)
- Options for permanent day shift, permanent night shift, or rotating shift arrangements (subject to operational requirements)
