Quantum Interactive is looking for IT Intern to assist our small but dynamic team. You will report to IT Project Manager to perform testing, handle basic bug fixes and issue reporting of web / app / software application.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide information concerning about products and applications
- Problem solving / Issue diagnosis of web, app and software applications
- Conduct new product or application testing and troubleshooting
- Prepare or update user guides and technical documentation.
- Assist in administrative duties or other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- Studying in one of the tertiary education institution (University, Polytechnic, etc.) in Information Technology or Computer Science or related background
- Experience in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Frontend Templating, Responsive Site, Reactive Design
- Knowledge on data processing, analytics and SQL will be an added advantage
- Possess good problem solving and issue reporting skills
- Pro-active, self-motivated team player with good communication skills
