Incorporated in Singapore since 2009, Pure Senses Pte Ltd is a leading company in the home fragrances market. We run a successful retail business representing some of the best brands – Yankee Candle (U.S.A.), Candle Warmers, Inc (U.S.A.), and PURE (SG)

At present, we have seventeen (18) stores in Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Ensure our internal database up to date
• Schedule and Arrange interviews with candidates
• Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks
• Provide support for new hire orientation
• Liaise with different departments for onboarding and offboarding processes
• Update employees’ data regularly and accurately into HRIS system
• Prepare letters and correspondences relating to HR
• Participate in HR events and projects 
• Maintaining current HR files and records
• Screen resumes and application forms
• Any other HR-related tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Working days 1 - 2 days per week
• Strong in Microsoft Excel
• Meticulous and timeliness in meeting deadlines
• Able to work independently
• Keen on learning more about what HR entails
• Preferably someone who is keen on pursuing HR as a career
