We're bringing the quantitative revolution to real estate investing. Property investing today is often driven by emotion, incomplete and inadequate information, and untested assumptions and hypotheses. It can and should be evidence-based, data-driven, and systematic.
Today we are a truly unique team, with significant experience across the fields of data science, quantitative investing, software and mobile app development, research, communications, and real estate fund management. We are looking for exceptional individuals to help us as we lead the way forward by using real estate data science to help investors beat the market.
Responsibilities:
- Work on investor and client presentation decks including copywriting, design, and formatting;
- Produce marketing and communication videos, infographics, and other media;
- Assist with client proposals, including research tasks and information gathering;
- Help manage social media presence and updates;
- Draft and edit blog posts and news articles under supervision from company;
- Attend promotional and networking events to help promote company.
The ideal candidate will be:
- A current university undergraduate;
- Deeply familiar with MS office and Google Suite;
- Experienced in writing marketing copy, and preparing investor or client presentation materials;
- Possessed of excellent written and spoken communication skills in English;
- Obsessively attentive to detail and aesthetically sensitive;
- Interested in and familiar with the basic concepts of data science, quantitative investment, and / or real estate.
