Job Scope:
• Responsible in supporting sales administration for both management and executives
• Oversee processing of reports, document submissions, outstanding follow up, information update and management support
• Knowledgeable in sales submission requirements – Proposal/investment/financial forms, basic product and sales process to assist new consultants
• Efficiency in handling administrative obstacles (IT, new consultant and client’s enquiry etc.)
Job Requirements:
• Minimum A level/ Diploma holder
• Singaporeans/ PR only
• Age 21 and above
• Knowledge in Microsoft office words, excel, PowerPoint, Google drive and calendar
• Ability to create presentation slides and possess basic software knowledge
Job Review:
Suitable for meticulous and attentive individuals, proactive in providing support to leaders
Expected probation salary between 2-2.5K
