Job Scopes
• To work closely with sales consultant to meet the needs of the clients
• To verify the job tickets' information before submitting for printing
• To coordinate the delivery schedule to ensure all the goods are tally with the DO & PO
• To issue DO & Invoices
• To work closely with the sales administrator in maintaining vendor listing
• To archive sample print neatly and properly
• To monitor stock usage and conduct stock taking regularly
