Job Scope
Handle incoming phone calls and email enquires
Assist with Sales follow-up
Liaise with customer for event related matters
Schedule / Coordinate the delivery of the equipment to the event venue
Assist with the on-site events setup and management. To ensure the events are well managed
Recruit and train part-time event assistant, when needed
Monitor the stock usage and conduct stock taking regularly
Issuing of quotations & invoices
- Assist with Research & Development of Products and services
Requirements
- Willing to work on weekends & after office hours, when required
- Willing to learn and take on new processes
- Energetic & Dynamic
- Good customer services and interpersonal skill
- Calm under pressure
- Good in organizing and prioritizing job orders
