• Support and assist product quality related activities
• Accurately updating and maintaining trackers for tracking of schedule and completion of product quality activities, inventory for retention and stability studies
• Assist in the preparation, handling, distribution, and filing of documentation and reports related to product quality activities
• Support in process improvement activities and consolidation of data
• Gain exposure and learn about product quality related activities – GMP, GDP, GCP (IMP management) and ICH guidelines, communication, and management of vendors’ activities
• Support in creation of trackers, preparation of meeting minutes as required
• Support in other ad-hoc duties as required

Qualifications

• Min Qualification: GCE A Level/ Diploma Holder
• No working experience needed as on the job training will be provided
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Able to start within short notice
• Able to commit for minimum 3 months
