Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment and selection activities across Pratt & Whitney’s businesses in Singapore
- Compile Singapore and Taiwan workforce data and key labour trends
- Review recruitment and talent policies and procedures
- Assist in regional talent development, retention and recruitment strategies and initiatives
- Handles mid to high volume data collation
- Assists with basic analytical work
- Drafts written correspondences
- Assists in building and designing communication pack
- Ad-hoc HR administration and coordination
Requirements
- Meticulous with an eye for detail
- Good in MS office especially with EXCEL and PowerPoint
- Outstanding command of English, both spoken and written
- Good analytical skills with ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amount of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Keen to work with multiple timelines with demonstrated success in this area
- Those possessing an inquisitive mind and enthused to learn will succeed in this role
- Candidates would be required to undergo some assessments – e.g. EXCEL, PPT, Learning agility
