Job Description

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Attending to incoming calls (new and existing customer)
  • Perform outbound calls to new customers to schedule appointment
  • Handle customer enquiries, appointment, feedback and provide accurate information
  • Handle all incoming calls and email in accordance to established procedures with high level of accuracy
  • Follow with customer feedback and provide timely responses to achieve optimum satisfaction level
  • Provide telemarketing support for monthly campaigns
  • Assist in company events, workshops and roadshows when required
  • Assist with any other ad hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Be passionate in customer service
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Candidates with call center background will be an added advantage
  • Easily adaptable to a fast-paced environment
  • Competent in navigate computer application
  • Require MS office skill
  • 5 days workweek
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays
  • 2 rotating shifts: 9am to 7pm and 10.30am to 8.30pm
