IT Intern | Job Description
Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
1. IT Support via Remote Assistance
1.1. End-Point Servicing and Maintenance a. OS and Software Updating b. Antivirus and Firewall c. Malware & Vulnerability Scanning d. Outlook Email Setup/Troubleshooting
1.2. Website Regular Backup
1.3. Maintenance of other office system/equipments
2. Email System Administration & Maintenance
2.1. Monitoring and Optimization of Email Server
2.2. On-boarding & Off-boarding of email users
2.3. Other email related support/troubleshooting
3. Setup, Administration and Maintenance of IT Infra (Regional/Asia)
3.1. Firewall Setup, Optimization, Visibility and Administration
3.2. VPN System
3.3. Secured and Centralized File Server (Compliant)
4. Documentation of IT Policies and Procedures (such documentation is meant but not limited for the purposes of aiding interns to help in the IT support)
Remarks:
>> Target Response/Resolution Time is within 12 hours
>> All IT/Servicing works will be recorded via Servicing/Maintenance Calendar
>> Max of 50 Hour Work / month only
>> Needed Additional man hours are subject to additional rate based on the needed expertise
>> All software and hardware requirements are provided by company
>> Necessary Travelling Costs/Allowances should be answered by the company
