The AI Technical Support Intern will participate actively in the testing process, including identifying weaknesses and inconsistencies in the product at all project stages. He/she would participate in the Quality Assurance process and overall Quality Planning strategy.
He/she will also help in the preparation of materials for proposal and demo, help in data annotation, where applicable, and AI module testing for AI development.
As an AI Technical Support Intern, you will be:
- Involved in Quality Assurance, testing and participate in the overall Quality Planning process and strategy
- Modify, maintain or troubleshoot facial recognition equipment and/or systems to ensure proper functioning
- Set up and operate specialised or standard test equipment to diagnose, test or analyse performance of electronic components, assemblies or systems
- Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions, working with Headquarter and BD Managers
- Involved in installations and technical training to customers about technicalities of the product
- Perform simple data annotation-related tasks to assist AI Scientists
Job Requirements:
- Polytechnic students or equivalent looking for internships, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, or IT.
- Preferably with IT and network experience and basic programming skill for project application
- Excellent communication, analytical and good reasoning skills
- Possess high motivation with desire to learn, hands-on person
- Proactive and hardworking attitude
- Strong interest to work in the IoT industry
