We’re looking for a Customer Experience Executive to join us in the Singapore team! The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the delivery of exceptional (and positive) customer experiences to Viu-ers in Singapore.

 

What You’ll Do

The 80%:

  • Ensure Customer Happiness through various communication channels - such as email, social media and e-commerce, with prompt, friendly and accurate responses.
  • Listen, with empathy to customers' feedbacks and proactively work with internal and/or external parties for resolution.
  • Design and track common customer challenges and report and mitigate the top ones
  • Analyse customer ticket data and report on key trends while identifying opportunities to improve customers' experiences and the Customer Happiness processes.

The Remaining 20%:

Support:

  • Ad hoc initiatives related to Customer Happiness
  • Marketing initiatives and campaigns

 

What We’re Looking For

  • You have at least a diploma
  • Customer-centric orientation and an infectious positive mindset and attitude
  • Exceptional communication skills - reading, listening, writing and speaking, to build engaging and positive experiences with customers.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task - handling different initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to deep-dive into problems and find qualitative solutions
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, Google Sheets and Google Slides are a must
  • Prior experience in customer support / service industry and/or marketing is a plus; fresh graduates are welcome!
