- To be responsible in all duties relevant to a Barista/Counter Crew
- To ensure counter area is well-kept and to ensure all equipment and bar utensils are washed and cleaned
- To perform ad hoc runner duties when required
- To be able to do costing and the purchase of inventory
- To ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained
- To assist in stock take and inventory management
- To ensure that the environment is clean and well maintained
- Work closely and cooperate with other staffs in order to achieve highest possible satisfaction of items
- Other ad-hoc duties as requested.
Requirements:
- At least 1-year relevant experience
- Clean and hygienic in food handling
- Motivated to work in a fast-paced work environment
