About the job

This is a cross functional role with involvement in customer service, operations and marketing. As a customer service agent, you will provide quality customer service to customers through various channels, such as phone, FB messenger and email on a daily basis. You will be the public face of one of the fastest growing eCommerce companies in Singapore. 


You will be actively involved in generating sales orders through direct sales channels and follow up on sales leads providing quotes for customers. As we are e-commerce platform you will research and implement ways to generate additional sales through additional channels.


In addition, you will play a key role in ensuring operations run smoothly. You’ll be exposed to the business side, and will help to develop ways to measure the value of your work. You will coordinate with logistics to ensure fast and accurate information that impacts the delivery of service to your customers. You will respond to internal and external customer requests.


The role requires a detail and process-oriented person who can prepare necessary documentation and maintain records as well as follow Standard Operating Procedures closely. You need to be able to provide regular actional ideas and feedback to management as well as demonstrate an ability to work independently.


Key Skills:

  • Articulate and Fluent in Oral and Written English (Chinese is a plus)
  • Experience in customer service, hospitality or other front line service is a plus
  • Proficiency with PC, Browser and Internet knowledge and Excel is a must
  • Social Media experience such Facebook, Twitter & Instagram
  • Experience with Zendesk, Desk or AnyDesk is a plus
  • Focus on improving quality and providing exemplary intern/external customer service
  • Singapore Citizens or PR only
  • Work schedule is Tuesday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm
