Answer phone calls & support projects with clients from Singapore, China, Taiwan, Thailand or Indonesia
Requirements:
You will need to work together with other team members to provide project or administrative support to strategic human resource projects ranging from 360 degree feedback, competency profiling projects, assessment centre, team assessment, etc. You may also be called upon to do research on the internet.
You can also be called upon to do translation of documents, manuals, powerpoint slides, etc.
- Must be very familiar with Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Good command of spoken and written English and one Asian language such as Chinese / Indonesian / Thai is a must as you will need to work with our team on localisation of software to Chinese / Indonesian / Thai.
- Ability to work independently as well as together with other team members
- Pleasant personality
- Able to work at least 1 to 2 days per week during school term (schedule can be flexible). Students who are prepared to work part time may apply.
