Business & Strategy Intern (All Majors Welcome!)
What you can expect:
- Collaborate directly with seasoned business leaders in the SG office to develop and expand the fast-growing business
- Gain comprehensive insight into the workings of a successful start-up and contribute to various areas, including strategic initiatives, operations, marketing, client servicing, finance, data, etc.
- Cross-border opportunity to work with the Global team
- Opportunity for fully paid business trip(s)
Whom will you be working with:
- Outsized Co-founder and MD of APAC and directly reporting to the Manager for SEA
What do you need to succeed?
- Thrives in a start-up environment (adaptable, resourceful, tenacious, etc.)
- Excellent command of English (both written & verbal)
- Ability to think critically and articulate complex ideas
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Available and able to commit for 3-6 months

Pros: - The biggest pro was the hierarchical-free management. You could approach the Managers or Founders directly pertaining to anything. - Competitive compensation - Since it’s a new organisation, your tasks were not restricted to one role or department
Cons: The only is that, due to just a smaller number of employees, workload could be overwhelming on some days.
