With the rapid expansion of OUE Restaurants’ portfolio of fine dining and mass-market brands in Singapore, we are on the lookout for individuals who are excited about hospitality and lifestyle, and champion sustainable concepts.
We are looking for a Human Resource Business Partner to support the daily HR operations functions. You play a vital role in supporting the Company through the development and implantation of the HR strategies and programmes that will drive the Company’s culture. You will take a proactive role to ensure the smooth execution of all essential HR functions such as recruitment, training and development, performance monitoring, and employee relation matter but not limited to:
Responsibilities
- Managing the full HR spectrums to support the day-to-day HR operations and activities for the brands.
- Assist full recruitment process and fulfilling the manpower needs for the brands (onboarding and offboarding).
- Working closely with all Brand leads; in a consultative role advising them on performance management, employee relations, training and development, compensation, reward, and talent management.
- Drive culture change and establish HR best practices in talent management and development.
- Assist in reviewing and improving HR workflow, policies, and procedures, roll out productivity initiatives to motivate employees and drive business performance.
- Assisting the team leads in facilitating performance management exercises for managing brands.
- Coordinating external training programs with various organizations.
- Acting as the first line of contact for related queries from employees and external parties and maintaining a positive and friendly company.
- Any other duties assigned by the Senior HR Manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum diploma in Human Resource, Business or related fields.
- At least 2 years of relevant HRBP experience, preferably in the F&B, Retail, FMCG industry.
- Possesses strong knowledge of labour and industry relations laws and practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS InfoTech or AGHRM is an added advantage.
