Customer Service/Clinic Assistant

The internship opportunities enable you to observe, learn and participate in the following tasks.

• Patient Care Services

• Patient Registration

• Appointment Bookings

• Medical records Management

• Accounts Management

• Administrative Support

Annex A

To observe, to learn and to participate in the following task.

Customer Service/Call Centre

• Attend to phone calls with appropriate salutation in accordance to OHM(S) corporate requirement.

• MRI appointment scheduling

• Provide accurate and timely information

• Transfer calls to respective departments for closure of enquiries

• Attend to general enquiries from patients

Patient Service

• Compliment great customer service care

• Frontline duties in the area of registration/check in /dispensing /consent taking

• Assist in basic patient care

• Dispatch medical reports to clinics

• Coordinate with ancillary service providers on patients’ appointments for examinations

• Coordinate daily evaluation of services

Concierge Service

• Concierge patient both ways to ancillary service’s provider for X-Ray/CT Scan

• Retrieve images (films & CD) from ancillary providers

• Support wheelchair patients

• Demonstrate compassion and care of patients in pain

Administrative Duties

• General administrative duties e.g filing, archiving etc

• Collection of payment & checking of end day print out

• Participate in housekeeping of facility

Accounting Duties

• Overview in business accounting 

• Accounts receivables 

• Prepare payment to vendors 

• Filing and audit preparation
