Job Description

Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily income audits for revenue (F&B and Hotel).
  • Review credit card refund requests, process them and follow up with respective stakeholders.
  • Verify F&B Point of Sale internal control reports and exceptions to ensure compliance with SOPs (e.g., voids, complimentary items, voucher use, over credit limit etc.)
  • Prepare reports on the daily club’s revenue and F&B costing.
  • Collate and record cost transfers between all departments.
  • Support monthly F&B inventory counts, verify and review stock balances.
  • Verify and collate entertainment and officer checks transactions, ensuring proper authorization and expense limits aligned with SOPs.
  • Record and reconcile sales and platform fees for e-shop and Online Travel Agencies.
  • Prepare balance sheet schedules for F&B and Hotel-related GL accounts.
  • Conduct planned or surprise audits on cash, inventory, and other key audit risks.
  • Verify and process Banquet event orders for accurate recording of cost and revenue.
  • Support internal audit plan and perform follow-up testing for key risk areas.
  • Verify all promotional vouchers, entertainment and officer checks transactions to ensure compliance with SOPs.
  • Support goods receiving and store operations as required.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
