Job Description

We are looking for a full time Customer Service Care Consultant in our clinic branches (Jurong East and East Coast) who:

  • Handles all customer enquiries, provide quality assistance to patients and builds long-term customer relationship management

  • Has high emotional intelligence - a genuine empathy for others and is able to adapt to fast-changing situations

  • Able to encourage customer engagement and support in all aspects of the sales process

  • Delivers excellent customer service to maximize sales, customer satisfaction and retention rate

  • Communicates effectively to cross-sell and upsell our products and services

  • Assists in monthly or quarterly clinic promotional activities, and able to propose and contribute to new strategies for business growth

 

Requirements:

  • Independent, resourceful, meticulous and self-motivated

  • Comfortable with working in a high pressure, fast paced customer facing role

  • Good team player and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proficient and familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Suite

  • Able to work on rotating shifts, including Saturdays & Sundays

  • Willing to travel to either clinic branches (Jurong East or East Coast)

  • Experienced in retail/sales/customer service, or in the healthcare industry is a big plus!
