We are looking for a full time Customer Service Care Consultant in our clinic branches (Jurong East and East Coast) who:
Handles all customer enquiries, provide quality assistance to patients and builds long-term customer relationship management
Has high emotional intelligence - a genuine empathy for others and is able to adapt to fast-changing situations
Able to encourage customer engagement and support in all aspects of the sales process
Delivers excellent customer service to maximize sales, customer satisfaction and retention rate
Communicates effectively to cross-sell and upsell our products and services
Assists in monthly or quarterly clinic promotional activities, and able to propose and contribute to new strategies for business growth
Independent, resourceful, meticulous and self-motivated
Comfortable with working in a high pressure, fast paced customer facing role
Good team player and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient and familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Able to work on rotating shifts, including Saturdays & Sundays
Willing to travel to either clinic branches (Jurong East or East Coast)
Experienced in retail/sales/customer service, or in the healthcare industry is a big plus!
