ONE TAX CM PTE LTD is an emerging corporate solutions company established since 2011. We provide a full suite of services to our clients which includes accounting, taxation, corporate secretarial and immigration.

Our office is located at kallang (nearest MRT - Bendemeer) and we have a vibrant working environment. All interns will be assigned a personal mentor who will guide them on their day to day work and also impart valuable accounting knowledge to them.

Job Responsibilities

• Preparation of full set of accounts (eg. AP/AR/GL)
• Preparation of bank reconcilation
• Preparation of fixed assets schedule
• Preparation of quarterly GST tax report
• Preparation of tax computation for corporate tax filing
• To handle full spectrum of company secretarial duties and be responsible for a portfolio of clients

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (Preferably studied/ studying in accounting-related courses).
• The person must be self-motivated, team player, flexible and enjoy accounting or administrative challenges from time to time.
• Flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient with a sense of ownership. 
• Possesses the ability to work under pressure.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, systematic approach and attention to detail are important.
• Proficient in MS Office (Including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
• Guidance will be provided

Work Details

• Working Hours: 5 Days (9.00am to 6.00pm/9.30am to 6.30pm)
• Office Location: Kallang (Nearest MRT - Bendemeer)
• Attire: Casual with Collared Shirt

Remuneration

• $1600.00 to $2,200 per month
