Job Description

We are looking for a Personal Assistant, who is meticulous, detail oriented and take ownership of her work to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.

Personal Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Assisting Director in his 2 businesses
  • Reporting to Director and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
  • Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.
  • Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.
  • Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of Director and his team.
  • Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
  • Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes.
  • Ordering office supplies and replacements, as well as managing mail and courier services.
  • Adhere to any ad hoc duties assigned.
  • Observing best business practices and etiquette.

Requirements:

  • It is a must to have proficient knowledge in Excel's formula
  • Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Great interpersonal skill to communicate with Clients on behalf of Director.
  • Attention to details (Detail-oriented and Meticulous) need to be able to scrutinize and plan everything.
  • Take great initiative and be dependable.
