Roles and Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the office service provider.
• Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competitors, and industry trends.
• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and events to generate leads.
• Analyze marketing metrics and provide reports on campaign performance.
• Digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility and lead generation.
• Manage website optimization, search engine marketing (SEM), and search engine optimization (SEO) efforts.
• Create compelling and persuasive content for marketing materials, including website copy, blog posts, case studies, and whitepapers.
• Actively prospect and generate new leads through various channels.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
Essential Skills & Requirements:
• Polytechnic Diploma and above or whichever is higher.
• Knowledge of SEO & SEM will be a plus point.
• Creative, innovative, and always think outside the box (Who knows the current trend)
• Confident with a dynamic personality
• Proven experience carrying out event marketing efforts, including event planning, attendance, and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
• Ability to engage and build effective relationships with vendors and media agencies.
• Photo and video editing, etc: Canva | Photoshop Illustrator
