Omni Plus System Ptd Ltd – Lab Technician (Testing)

Omni-Plus System Pte Ltd operates within the plastics manufacturing and distribution industry, with a particular focus on engineering and commodity plastics. The company provides end-to-end solutions encompassing supply chain management, engineering services, and consulting, catering to sectors such as consumer electronics, telecommunications, office automation, automotive, and medical devices. 

• Perform routine tests/analysis on mechanical, physical, thermal, and flammability testing and so forth.
• Prepare test specimen by injection and/or extrusion.
• Maintain systematic documentation practice in compliance with ISO requirements. Ensure accurate and timely update of test data and other documents.
• Support internal/external ISO audit activities.
• Ensure proper storage and management of retention samples and raw materials.
• Carry out safety and housekeeping activities in the lab.
• Ensure that all consumables are sufficient for daily operations.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Materials Science/Chemical Engineering.
• Good team player and willing to collaborate with different stakeholders to achieve common goals.
• Basic laboratory knowledge and methodologies.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency.
• Fresh school leavers are welcome as training will be provided.
