We are looking for a Social Media Intern to drive Ohmmm’s brand presence & engagement across major social media platforms.
You will be responsible for curating & managing social media postings across multiple channels with a sharp eye for stories & visuals that reinforce Ohmmm’s brand messaging & presence globally. You will assist the Founder in setting the direction and executing social media campaigns with a focus on engaging & growing the community. You bring an outgoing approach to driving quality follower acquisition through a well-curated combination of dynamic & static visuals.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to learn about direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands in sustainable personal care products.
Responsibilities:
- You’ll be the owner of social media, with a focus on ensuring set business KPIs relating to the social media community are met
- Develop short and long-term campaign strategies and execute day-to-day tactics that increase follower count and post likes & comments.
- Manage day-to-day activities across social platforms
- Uphold the values of Integrity, Humility, and Social Responsibility
Requirements:
- Ideally some relevant experience managing brand social media presence in ecommerce
- Strong technical capability in social media management and good fundamental knowledge / experience in Consumer Package Goods industry.
- Good time management, and professional verbal and written skills
- Great teammate with strong collaboration and comfortable with open consistent communication
- Attention to detail with excellent follow-through and a strong sense of ownership and accountability for assigned projects and tasks
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with an eagerness to consistently exceed objectives and improve processes
- A good sense of visual aesthetics, design, and video production & editing skills will be advantageous
