Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Intern to drive customer acquisition and retention for the Ohmmm brand across channels, from social to mail to website customization.
You will be responsible for managing multi-channel advertising campaigns across online channels with a strong analytical eye on optimizing media spend, creative, and copy to drive new customer growth. You will assist the Founder in setting the direction and executing acquisition marketing campaigns with a focus on reaching new customers with the highest potential lifetime value and lowest CPA (cost per acquisition). You bring an entrepreneurial approach to driving revenue subject to a CPA target, know where to allocate spend to drive impact, and have both a high-level view but also a detailed level view of acquisition marketing channels - you have the answers to both the ‘why’ and the ‘how’ to drive growth. You will also design strategies and customer paths to enhance customer loyalty and repeat purchase.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to learn about direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands in sustainable personal care products.

Responsibilities:

  • You’ll be the owner of paid social acquisition, with a focus on ensuring set business KPIs relating to sales & returns on marketing spend are met
  • Develop short and long-term campaign expansion strategies and execute day-to-day tactics that increase traffic, revenue, and margins
  • Manage day-to-day activities across social and search platforms including campaign planning, implementation, performance monitoring, and conversion optimization
  • Review and optimize account campaign structures, audience strategies, creatives, landing page experience, and conversion flows.
  • Uphold the values of Integrity, Humility, and Social Responsibility

Requirements:

  • Ideally some relevant experience managing paid social and search campaigns in ecommerce
  • Prior experience with customer acquisition models a major plus
  • Proficient in designing and executing A/B Multivariate tests on ad copy & landing pages
  • Strong analytical capability in data analysis with fundamental knowledge / experience with web analytics, data visualization, and measurement tools.
  • Good time management, and professional verbal and written skills
  • Great teammate with strong collaboration and comfortable with open consistent communication
  • Attention to detail with excellent follow-through and a strong sense of ownership and accountability for assigned projects and tasks
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with an eagerness to consistently exceed objectives and improve processes
  • A good sense of visual aesthetics, design, and video production & editing skills will be advantageous
