Ochre Pictures Private Limited – Junior Producer

We are looking for a Junior Producer to support the production of an English long form series. This role will work closely with the Producer to ensure smooth planning, coordination, and execution across all stages of production.

Key Responsibilities

-Assist in developing and maintaining production schedules to ensure timelines are met and resources are effectively allocated.

-Work closely with different departments including creative, production, and post-production teams to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the project.

-Support pre-production processes such as research, coordination of logistics, preparation of materials, and general readiness for filming.

-Provide on-ground support during production when required, ensuring operations run efficiently and any issues are addressed promptly.

-Take initiative in identifying gaps or potential challenges and proactively suggest solutions.

-Contribute creative ideas and perspectives to enhance the overall quality of the series.

-Remain adaptable and open to learning, with a strong willingness to grow within the role and the industry.

Requirements

-Diploma or degree in Media, Communications, Film, or a related field.

-Some prior experience in production, whether through internships, freelance work, or entry-level roles.

-Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

-Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with various teams.

-Proactive, resourceful, and able to take initiative when needed.

-Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced production environment.
