1) handle incoming enquiries (from Customers), via phoneand/or email; conversing in English

2) prepare catering proposals (to Customers), which includes catering menus while liaising with internal teams (Kitchen & Operations) to verify costs

3) process changes, if any

4) prepare event orders, for internal teams (Kitchen &Operations)

5) key in orders into ERP system

6) prepare end-of-week Sales Reports

7) work with Accounting Department to ensure proper billing
