Being an intern at Occasions means you will be a fully integrated member of our business team. You will rotate around different departments during a 12-24 week paid, full-time internship. You will be assigned an intern manager who will help identify project goals, inspire, mentor you and support your professional development. In addition, you will participate in our events to ensure you have a productive experience at Occasions that helps you grow both your personal and professional skills.

You will:
- Perform an extensive variety of administrative and operational tasks
- Liaise with multiple teams and customers
- Plan & Coordinate events
- Create systems and processes that streamline delivery operations
- Manage logistic requirements (liaising with delivery drivers)
- Manage inventory control for equipment used
- Handle day-to-day operations involving order fulfilment
- Be involved in hands-on delivery and setup for events (muscles to carry things would be advantageous)

Minimum qualifications:
- Enrolled in a full time Bachelor's program or fresh graduates
- Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin will be a plus!
