- Job Description
- Candidate should have knowledge of basic accounting.
- Experiences in Xero Accounting system and Dear system is preferred.
- The candidate is expected to assist accounts executive
- Sales invoice matching with the settlement from Amazon
- Adjustment on Shopify invoice for Singapore TAX
- Adjustment on Shopify invoice for payment
- Paypal Recon
- Checking receipts with Xero system and matching the GST accordingly
- Helping to do bank reconciliation, intercompany transactions and filing
- Candidate should possess positive attitude, willing to learn and able to work independently.
- Administrative work is required.
- At least commit for 2 weeks
