Job Description

Human Resource Intern (Part-time)


  • Supporting Hiring Manager on hiring process from job postings to onboarding 
  • Responsible for day-to-day recruitment for all active openings including screening and shortlisting resumes 
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle which includes Manage recruitment-related queries and assist to troubleshoot Workday-related issues.
  • Partner with Operation Managers to fulfil their hiring requirements 
  • Provide support and guidance to employees on HR policies, and ensure legal compliance
  • Answer any employment-related inquiries from employees or government boards
  • Provide support in various HR functions which mainly recruitment, manpower planning and other HR Initiatives.
  • Source potential candidates from various platforms, recruitment agencies, and educational institutions.
  • In charge of recruitment procedures such as scheduling and arranging of interviews and coordinating the same with hiring managers.
  • Organize and maintain staff personal files and other HR related records. 
  • Any ad hoc tasks assigned 

 

Requirement: 

  • Require good communication skills and must be computer literate. 
  • Meticulous, resourceful and ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Maintain calmness and patience when handling employees.
  • Ability to converse/write well in English Language.
  • Phone Etiquette is important during communication.
  • Ability to screen the right fit for interview. 
  • Good follow up in matters and require speed in all duties assigned 
  • Proactive with ideas to increase applicants for hiring
