Accounts Associate (AR) - 6 months contract
You will support the finance team in handling day to day finance matters. Handle AR functions such as reconciliations, month end closing and reporting, audit schedules.
- Reconciliation of revenue entries
- Reconciliation of collections against bank statement
- Facilitates submission of GIRO collections to the bank
- Liaise with bank to get approval on GIRO applications
- Attends to customer’s enquiries on invoice issues to ensure payments are made promptly
- Review Customers’ Aging report
- Involve in month end closing.
- Handle other ad-hoc duties and reports when required
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting from local Polytechnic or equivalent qualification
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in maintaining partial/full sets of accounts
- MS Office and Google Suite proficiency is required
- Meticulous with eyes for accuracy, committed, discreet and team player
- Able to meet tight deadlines and able to work with minimum supervision
