NTT Data Singapore – Technical Writer Intern

NTT DATA Singapore PTE Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of NTT DATA Corp, a part of NTT Group, the world’s 65th Largest Company according to Fortune Magazine. The Singapore entity of NTT DATA is an S10 government-registered supplier and forms the core of NTT DATA’s APAC operations and is positioned as a gateway of our global capabilities in Singapore and APAC region.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the technical writing team to get a basic understanding of the documentation requirements and specifications
• Learn about technical documentation and concepts adopted by our company
• Brainstorm with the development team to figure out how to simplify technical information for end-users
• Edit and proofread all technical documents before submitting them to the editors or your supervisors
• Assist in creating high-quality documentation, guides, manuals, and tutorials
• Review and update documentation when required

Requirements:

• Proficiency in written and verbal English
• Familiarity with technical concepts and the subject matter
• Knowledge of software languages, development models, and tools is a plus
• Must be able to commit 6 months (extendable)
• Proficient in Microsoft excel
