- Job Description
Provide end user support on site in office
Manage and handle support requests
Track and follow up on issues
Basic support on laptops, macbooks
Basic knowledge of windows server, training will be provided
Setup new laptops
Maintain computers and peripherals inventory.
Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
Working hours is Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm
Working location in City Hall.
1 to 2 years of working experience in windows desktop OS, office applications and device support
