Job Description

Title: Communications & Marketing Intern

Report to: Regional Associate Director, Communications & Engagement / Project Lead of APPIS

In this full-time/part-time internship, you will get firsthand experience of how a healthcare company collaborates with various stakeholders across the healthcare spectrum to address barriers to patient access and health equity in Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa. You will work with stakeholders from various backgrounds to co-create an annual region-wide virtual Summit and increase our reputation as a preferred partner for patient innovation and solutions.

Responsibilities:

Assist the project lead with internal meetings, event communications, digital marketing initiatives, and overall coordination.

Liaising with internal and external stakeholders across the region in over 16 countries

Partner in developing a regional-wide virtual summit and executing the right tactics to attract our target audience.

Work together with our agency partners and internal stakeholders to track and analyze campaign performance.

Requirements:

Undergraduate / Degree in Business Administration/Management (majoring in Communications or Marketing)

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of handling digital marketing campaigns and data analytics is a plus

Familiarity with basic design software is a plus

Responsible and detailed-oriented

  • Willingness to work occasional overtime to accommodate various time zones.
