Objective of role:
Having better understanding in management of internal training functions through work practice.
Hands-on experience in planning, facilitation and managing of measurables of curriculum plan.
Key accountabilities:
Support in the design and implementation of the training infrastructure.
Task to execution of survey exercise and collation of data for supporting evidence of training requirements to the business.
Tracking the timeline of curriculum plan.
Research and strategic planning of engaging games and activities (remote/physical).
Scouting of training prize souvenirs within set budget and scope of curriculum.
Research of training related videos and documents to supplement training / campaign decks.
Review training decks to ensure formats are standardised.
