Telemarketing Job Purpose:
Arrange appointments for Financial Advisor. Help co- ordinate and organise seminars and events, meet sales targets.
Telemarketing Job Duties:
- Make calls to prospects and clients to arrange appointments for your Financial Advisor.
- Accurately and efficiently enter prospect and client information into company databases for mailing and media contact.
- Maintains a list of potential leads and following up with those prospects by making subsequent calls.
- Assist colleagues with arranging meetings and sales calls with prospects and clients.
- Contacts customers in response to correspondence or feedback
- Monitors prospect pipeline to ensure that appointments and advisor follow up occurs in a timely manner
- Maintains working knowledge of products and services the company offers, and keeps current on industry developments by reading current news or attending workshops
- Proficient with the usage of social media and especially LinkedIn
Telemarketing Skills and Qualifications
Formal Training not Required, Marketing and Sales Skills, Verbal Communication, Telephone Skills, warm and friendly personality, Attention to Detail, Ability to Track Leads, Accuracy, Patience, Motivation, High Energy, Ability to Meet Goals, Data Entry, Organised and Responsible.
