Job Description
Responsibilities
- Maintaining a high level of customer service at all times.
- Acknowledge and greet the customer promptly with a smile.
- Prioritize assisting customers over other tasks.
- Assess needs by responding to customers cues.
- Offer solutions for out of stock items i.e. alternate item, etc.
- Follow up with customers to see if they need additional assistance.
- Process and follow up customer orders and exchanges.
- Ensure a high level of merchandising and cleanliness in line with the BERING Visual Merchandising guidelines.
- Ensure stock is always replenished and accounted for.
- Ensure back room is always neat and tidy, and stock is in an organised order.
Requirements
- Outgoing
- Have passion in retail industry
- A heart to deliver & exceed customer satisfaction
- Willing to work on shift schedules
- Good English proficiency, and the ability to speak fluently to liaise with English speaking customers
- With retail experience
