PPIS – Accounts Executive

Founded in 1952, PPIS (Persatuan Pemudi Islam Singapura or the Singapore Muslim Women’s Association) is a non-profit organisation focused on community services. We are dedicated to working with women of all ages in carrying out their multiple roles in society. PPIS runs three core community services namely Family Services, Student Care and Early Childhood Education (ECE). With 16 centres island-wide, the services work together to provide quality and holistic support as well as developmental programmes for women and their families across the different phases of their lives. 

Job Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable of Childcare Centres and Student Care Centres 
• Assist in the reconciliation of GST submission 
• Manage the administrative role for GRAB CORPORATE and FOODPANDA 
• Manage the insurance coverage for the organisation 
• Prepare monthly audit schedules for Fixed Assets, audit fees, management fees and others assigned 
• Assist in administrative functions in Finance – change in bank mandate and others assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting or relevant qualifications
•  Able to work meticulously and independently as well as good inter-relationship 
• Proficient in MS Office applications 
• Familiarity with Office365 and Netsuite Oracle would be an advantage
